  • 摘要: 供电是否可靠是炼化企业安全生产的关技.多年来,河南油合炼油厂的生产不断受到电网威胁,虽然多方努力,但始终没能从根本上解决问题.在统计油田电网的近3年供电情况的基础上,经过分析,指出了影响炼油厂供电可靠性的主要原因是炼油厂电压等级妖、与油田其它交荷单电源并列运用,在其它电力用户发生事故时,必然要影响到炼油厂的生产.在现有情况下利用这山和唐河两个22()k变电站通过魏岗110kV变电站对炼油厂实现双电源供电是可行的.从发展来看,在炼油厂建设一座110kV变电站,提高电压等级,实现独立的双电源供电是非常必要的.同时指出加强设备维护和技术管理是提高电网供电可靠性的必要条件,作为供电部门和用户都应该认真重视.

     

    Abstract: Re1iability of power distribution is the key to safeproduction in refining and chemical engineeringenterprises. The main factors that influence powerdistribution reliability in Henan Oilfield Refinery areana1yzed based on the stutistics of power distribution inthe last three years. They mainly include the voltage gradeof the refinery being low and the refinery sharing powerwith other consumers. It is practicab1e to supp1y powerwith double-source and is necessary to set up a l1Okvtransformation station in the refinery. Some othersuggestions to improve power distribution reliability arealso inc1uded in this paper.
