常规取心工具在焉耆盆地煤层取心的成功应用

  • 摘要: 煤层颗粒疏松、岩心成柱性差,给取心工作带来了极大困难。用常规取心工具在煤层取心,收获率一直难以得到保证,因此,发展了一些特殊钻井取心技术,但特殊钻井取心工具、工艺都比较复杂,且成本高。2002年8月,河南油田钻井公司使用改进的常规钻井取心工具,通过优化现场施工措施,在新疆焉耆盆地宝浪油田宝北构造B1313井煤层成功地进行了取心,取心收获率达99.66%,为常规取心工具在疏松和破碎地层取心提供了一条新的途径。

     

    Abstract: Coring operation in coal seams is very difficult as they are very loose. Coring operation with conventional tools cannot achieve satisfactory recovery rate in coal layers. Several special coring technologies have been developed while the special coring tools are complex and very costly. In Aug. 2002, Henan Petroleum Drilling Engineering Company modified the conventional coring tools. Through optimization of field operation, they were successfully used to core the coal seams in Well B1313 in Ba-olang oilfield, Yanqi basin and the yield was up to 99. 66%. It provides a new way for coring of loose or fractured formations.
