胜利油田水平井裸眼分段充填防砂技术与应用

Open hole segmented packing sand control technology and its application in horizontal wells of Shengli oilfield

  • 摘要: 胜利油田开发中后期生产含水逐渐升高,生产压差和采液强度不断增大,导致油井出砂加剧,生产中滤砂管被堵塞问题越来越严重。为此,采用水平井分段砾石充填防砂技术,裸眼部分通过管外封隔器分段、逆向砾石充填的方案,将长水平段分成若干个小井段进行分段分次充填施工,可以大幅度提高水平井裸眼长井段砾石充填密实效果,减缓或避免在生产过程中防砂筛管被堵塞,提高长水平段水平井的防砂效果和寿命。现场应用表明,水平井裸眼分段充填防砂工艺成熟可靠,可有效提高长水平段水平井的充填效果和安全性,是长水平段水平井提高防砂质量的有效技术。

     

    Abstract: In the middle and later stages of Shengli oilfield development, the production water cut gradually increased, and the production pressure difference and liquid recovery strength increased, leading to increased sand production in oil wells, and the problem of sand filter pipe being blocked in production became more serious. Therefore, using segmented gravel packing sand control technology in horizontal wells, the open hole is segmented through the outer packer and reverse gravel packing plan, the long horizontal section is divided into several small well sections by several times of segmented packing construction, which can greatly improve the effect of long open hole section gravel packing and compaction in horizontal wells, slow down or avoid sand control screen being blocked in the process of production, improve the level of long section of sand control effect and life in horizontal wells. Field application shows that the open hole segmented packing sand control technology in horizontal wells is mature and reliable, which can effectively improve the packing effect and safety of long horizontal section in horizontal wells, and is an effective technology to improve sand control quality of long horizontal section in horizontal wells.
