有机钛交联剂的合成工艺及其应用

Synthetic Technology of Organic Titanium Crosslinker and Its Application

  • 摘要: 文中介绍有机钛交联剂及其在河南油田的应用情况。通过对其结构、组成的分析,结合油田小型化工厂的实际情况,研究了有机钛交联剂的合成及废物处理。以四氯化钛、异丙醇、液氨、三乙醇胺、工业酒精为原料,经过酯化反应、中和反应、整合反应,合成了有机钛交联剂产品(TiTE)。反应温度35℃,酯化反应时间10h,鳌合反应时间2h为宜。根据副产品水溶物的差别,可以方便地分离并回收副产品氯化铵和偏钛酸。该剂制造工艺简单,污染小,产品能够满足中、高温地层水基压裂施工的需要。

     

    Abstract: A synthetic technology of organic titanium crosslinmker was deve1oped based on analysis of its composition and structure and combining with the reality of the oilfield. This technology is easy to operate and produces less pollutants and the byproducts can be easily seperated and recovered.Organic titanium crosslinker meets the requirements of water base fracturing fluid in medium to high temerature formations.
