复杂断块油田产出水结垢机理研究

Mechanism of Scale Formation of Produced Water in Complex Fault-block Oilfields

  • 摘要: 中原油田由于地质构造破碎、油藏复杂 ,开发难度大。高矿化度地层水的存在使得油层开采时井筒和油水集输管网结垢十分严重。通过对其典型计量站产出水结垢机理研究发现结垢物质主要是硫酸钙 ,利用Skillman计算方法判断介质的结垢趋势和程度 ,通过现场的防垢试验 ,找出了理想的防垢剂 ,阻垢率达 80 %左右

     

    Abstract: Development in Zhongyuan oilfield is very difficult due to the highly fractured structures and complex reservoirs. High salinity of formation water results in serious!scaling in wellbore and pipeline networks. The main scale forming material is discovered to be calcium sulfate through study on scale forming mechanism of produced water in a typical gathering station. Scale formation trend and degree can be determined by using the Skillman method. An ideal anti-scaling additive is selected based on field scale control experiment and the scale prevent rate is up to 80%.
