微生物驱油技术在河南油田的应用

  • 摘要: 微生物驱油技术是近几年发展的三次采油技术,其驱油机理是微生物在地下发醇过程中产生生物表面活性剂、有机溶剂及CH4等气体,可增加油层压力、乳化原油,从而降低原油粘度、增加其流动性,并改善地层渗透率,以达到增加产量和提高原油采收率的目的。介绍了微生物驱油技术在河南油田的王集油田柴19井组的试验和应用情况,结果表明微生物驱油对河南油田原油性质是适用和有效的,对于含水低、含蜡高,胶质含量高的区块,微生物驱油效果较好。

     

    Abstract: Driving mechanism of microbial-flooding,a new ly developed tertiary recovery technology in recent years,is that the biosurfactants,organic solvents and gases pro-duced during underground fermentation of mi crobe in-crease oil layer pressure,emulsify crude oil,lower crude vis cosity and improve permeability,thus in crease pro-duction and enhance oil recovery.Experiment and appli-cation of this technology in well group of Chai19in Wangji oilfield showed that it is suitable for use in Henan oilfield and that oil driving effects are relatively good in areas with low water content but high wax and gel contents.
