Abstract: The groupization is an inevitable selection in enterprise developing. This paper expounds to accomplish groupization, on one hand, an enterprise must select appropriate ways, be clear on guidance industry, form dominant industry and products as rapidly as possible to cxpand toward the society, achieve the uniting and mergmg, on the other hand, must strengthen the cohesion of enterprise, engage in the whole society as well as strengthcn the devclopment and utilization, thus building up enterprises of groupization in true meanings.
