Flexible Application of Catalytic Regeneration Technology to HOC Units

  • 摘要: 为提高重油催化裂化装置的炼量,解决主风量不足的问题,洛阳炼油厂将其第2套催化裂化装置的催化剂再生方式由完全再生改为常规再生。阐述了再生方式改造前装置存在的问题、改造方案和改造后的工艺特点。实现常规再生后,装置生产能力得到提高,工艺技术指标更加优化,轻油收率提高了15个百分点,并产生了显著的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: In order to enlarge refinery capacity of HOC units and solve the problem of insufficient main air, the complete catalyst regeneration method was replaced by conventional regeneration method in the second catalytic cracking unit in Luoyang refinery. This paper discusses the problems existed before regeneration method modification, modification plan and the technological characteristics after modification. The processing capacity enlarged. technological indexes were more optimum, and light on yield increased 1.5 percentage percent.
