Study on synthesis and performance of a new type of polymer

  • 摘要: 耐温抗盐型聚丙烯酰胺的研究,已经引起石油工程技术人员的空前关注。为了合成较为理想的疏水缔合型耐温抗盐聚丙烯酰胺,从分子设计入手引进疏水性单体Q11,与AM、AMPS采用溶液聚合合成聚合物AM/Q11/ AMPS。通过对聚合物特性粘数和表观粘度的测定,确定聚合物是否具有较高的分子量和较好的耐温抗盐性能。实验结果表明,聚合物样品分子量比较高,在高温、高盐、高钙条件下,合成的疏水缔合型聚丙烯酰胺具有良好的增粘性和较强的热稳定性。

     

    Abstract: The study on the temperature-resistant and anti-salt polyacrylamide has attracted the eyes of petroleum engineers in the world.To synthesize the ideal the temperature-re- sistant and anti-salt polyacrylamide of hydrophobic associa- tion type,the water repellent monomer Q11 is introduced to synthesize the polymer AM/Q11/AMPS with AM and AMPS through solution polymerization.Whether the poly- mer has a high molecular weight and good temperature-re- sistant and anti-salt performance is confirmed by measuring the intrinsic viscosity and the apparent viscosity of the poly- mer.Experimental results show that the synthetic polyacryl- amide of hydrophobic association type is characterized by good viscosity increasing and powerful thermal stability.
