  • 摘要: 实施整体压裂改造技术的关键之一在于多裂缝参数优化,针对传统方法将该问题简化为单变量优化的不足,提出了响应面分析法,并将该方法应用于大庆外围某低渗透油田水平井-直井整体压裂裂缝参数的优化问题。利用BBD方法进行了实验设计,建立了响应模型,进行了参数显著性分析和交互作用分析,确立了最优的整体压裂裂缝参数组合,同时在实际井网中得到了较好的应用。结果表明,基于响应面的整体压裂裂缝参数优化方法可行有效,较好地避免了传统研究方法的局限性。

     

    Abstract: One of the key implementation the integral fracturing technology is the multiple fracturing parameters optimization. Aiming at the problem of traditional single-variable optimization deficiencies, this paper proposes the Response Surface Methodology (RSM). For the horizontal-vertical well pattern integral fracturing parameters optimization in Daqing a low permeability Peripheral Oilfield, the BBD method is used for trial design and the RSM has been set up. Besides that, the significances and interactions have been analyzed, and the optimal fracturing parameters combination has been established. At the same time, good application results have been achieved in actual well network. The research shows based on the RSM to solve integral fracturing parameters optimization is feasible and effective, which is also good to avoid the limitations of traditional research methods.
