中原油田文33块沙三地层压裂改造技术

The fracturing innovation strategy for block Wen33 in Zhongyuan oilfield

  • 摘要: 中原油田地层渗透率低、温度高、断块多,地下情况复杂,压裂改造难度大。文33块是典型的低渗异常高压油藏,如果在该区沙三地层进行常规压裂施工,常出现加不完砂或早期脱砂现象,不仅达不到预期增产目的,甚至还会出现压裂后砂卡管柱造成大修等事故。因此,在该区应采取针对性的技术措施,才能保障压裂施工成功并取得较好的压裂效果。通过优选压裂液、酸预处理、前置液加砂、控制施工砂比、压裂诊断和压后压裂液快速返排等技术措施,提高了施工的成功率和有效率,为类似地层压裂积累了一定经验。

     

    Abstract: The fracturing innovation is very difficult in Zhongyuan oilfield for its low permeability, high temperature, multiple fault blocks and complex formation conditions. Wen33 is a typical fault block with low permeability and very high pressure. Conventional fracturing formation can't be applied in in this block, otherwise sand injection can not be fully finished or sand out arised earlier or even some accidents such as working string stucked by sand will happen. To make a sucessful fracturing treatment, some corresponding strategies must be adopted. It increased the success ratio and efficiency by selecting fracruring fluid, acid pre- treatment, filling sand in the pad, controlling sand ratio, applying the techiniques of fracturing diaognose and flowing back fracturing fluid timely.
