海上S油田非均质稠油油藏调剖技术研究与矿场实践

Profile control study and field practice of heterogeneous heavy oil reservoir on offshore S oilfield

  • 摘要: 调剖技术是非均质油藏稳油控水、提高水驱效率的一项重要手段。S油田不同区块调剖效果存在明显差异,通过理论图版揭示了不同油藏条件下调剖效果差异的原因,利用油藏数值模拟方法,研究了渗透率级差、原油黏度及调剖半径等因素对调剖效果的影响。研究认为,达到相同增油效果时,渗透率级差越大、原油黏度越高,调剖半径越大。针对调剖井吸水剖面变化的问题,结合调剖作用机理,建立包含调剖层和非调剖层的多油层理想地质模型,提出了以吸水指数变异系数为评价指标的调剖效果评价方法。2014年S油田实施调剖措施两井次,单个井组平均含水下降7%~8%,累增油达到1.6×10~4 m~3。

     

    Abstract: Profile control is an important technology to stabilize oil production and control water cut for heterogeneous reservoir. The profile control effect is obviously distinct for different blocks of S oilfield. Based on the numerical simulation method, the effect of permeability ratio, oil viscosity and profile control radius on the profile control effect is discussed. The reasons for the distinct of profile control effect under different reservoir conditions are revealed. Based on the water injection profile and the profile control mechanism, a theoretical multi-layer model is built which consists of profile control layers and non-profile control layers. Through analyzing the distinct of injectivity index of different layers after profile control, a model of profile control effect evaluation is built by taking the variation coefficient of injectivity index into consideration. Based on the well and agent selection, radius optimization and effect evaluation, the profile control has been implemented on 2 wells of S oilfield in 2014. The average water cut decreases by 7%~8% for a well group, and the cumulative incremental oil reaches 1.6×10~4 m~3.
