三元复合驱耐碱低温自固化树脂砂的研究与应用

Research and application of alkali resistant resin coated proppant for ASP Flooded Reservoir in Daqing oilfield

  • 摘要: 对酚醛树脂砂在三元复合驱应用的不适应性进行了室内实验及机理分析,并在此基础上开展了耐碱树脂砂的研究及性能评价。结果表明,该耐碱低温自固化树脂砂以环氧树脂包覆,具有化学性能稳定,耐酸、耐碱性好,能够低温固化,导流能力高,在压裂防砂方面具有广阔应用前景。现已现场试验3口井,压后未出现支撑剂返排现象,先期试验的2口井压裂有效期已达13个月。现场试验证明该树脂砂能够有效防止支撑剂运移,延长压裂有效期,为三元复合驱压裂增产增注提供了一项有效措施。

     

    Abstract: The reason that Phenolic resin coated proppant (RCP)cannot be applied in ASP flooded reservoir is stud- ied in this paper analyzed.Based on that,the research and evaluation on a novel alkali resistant RCP is carried out. The results show this kind of epoxy RCP has satisfactory strength under low temperature,and it also has features of stable resistance for chemicals,high conductivity,fast reaction,low crush rate,etc,so it can be widely applied to prevent sand flow-back while fracturing.This tech- nology has been used for 3 wells in ASP flooding area of Daqing oilfield,and no sand flow-back occurred after fracturing,the treatment service time has been over 13 months.Field application indicates this alkali resistant RCP can prevent proppant migration effectively and pro- long the service life of fracturing.
