Axial Flow of RS Fluid in Pipe and Annulus

  • 摘要: RS模式是近年来提出的高精度流变模式,但由于缺乏与之相配套的钻井水力学方面的计算模式,影响了该模式的推广应用。文中从RS流体的本构方程出发,理论上推导了RS流体在钻柱内和同心环空中作轴向层流动时的流速、流量、压耗及流核尺寸的大小。对模式的验证结果表明,文中推导的模式可用于预测钻柱内和环空中水力参数的大小。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, a new high accuracy rheological model-RS model was proposed by Robertson -stiff. Owing to lack of calculating formula, this model has been restricted in application. According to RS constituent equation we derive the velocity of flow, flow rate, pressure loss and the size of unsheared plug-flow as RS fluid flowing in pipe and concentric annulus under axial laminar condition. Through verification, the results show that the formula can be used in predicting.
