环空加压引爆射孔管柱传压系统的改进设计

Design Optimization of Pressure Transmission System of Annulus Pressure Firing Perforated String

  • 摘要: 对国内目前常用的几种油管传输射孔引爆方式进行了对比分析,找到了环空加压油管传输射孔管柱不能承受高压、不适用于深井或压力恢复慢的井的原因即环空加压传压系统密封部分设计不够合理,并对此进行改进设计。改进后,环空加压传压系统承受密封压力达到70MPa以上,并可进行地面试压。

     

    Abstract: Based on comparison of firing procedures of tubing conveyed perforation currently in use in China,irrational sealing design of annulus pressurizing and pressure trans-mitting system is believed to be the cause of that the perforated string of annulus pressurized tubing conveyed perforation cannot support high pressure and is not suit-able for use in deep wells or in wells with slow pressure build-up.After design optimization,the sealing pressure that the annulus pressurizing and pressure transmitting system can support is over70MPa and surface pressure testing can be performed.
