High-density Drilling Fluid for Drilling Salt -gypsum Layers and Overpressured Gas Layers

  • 摘要: KL—2井是塔里木盆地克拉苏构造山前构造的一口预探井,钻探过程中,盐膏层及高压气压易出现缩径、井涌、井漏及卡钻等复杂情况,采用聚磺氯化钾钻井液体系,密度控制在 1.75~1.809/cm3和2.20~2.40g/Cm3平衡地层压力,较好地解决了钻探过程中出现的各种复杂情况。

     

    Abstract: Well KL-2 is a wildcat well drilled in the predmont structure of Kelasu structure in Tarim basin. Complex situations such as undergauge, overflow, lost circulation and differential sticking are easy to occurs when drilling in salt-gypsum layers and overpressured gas layers.These problems are solved through using polysulfonate potassium chloride drilling fluid and keeping drilling fluid density at 1.75 to 1.80g/cm3 in halite intervals and at 2.20 to 2.40 g/cm3 in overpressured gas intervals to balance formation pressure.
