  • 摘要: 针对滨南油田滨674块火成岩底水稠油油藏直井开发含水上升快、产量递减幅度大的问题,2010年实施了水平井开发技术,为了改善开发效果,依据该块剩余油分布规律,运用数值模拟方法,对水平井的平面位置、垂向位置、水平段长度、开发方式等进行了优化,并配套应用随钻地质导向技术、泡沫泥浆钻井技术、裸眼筛管完井顶部注水泥技术、井筒配套举升工艺等技术,取得了单井日产油18t的开发效果。水平井的成功开发,有效地提高了该块的采收率。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of fast rised water cut and rapidly declined production during the development of heavy oil igneous rock reservoirs with bottom water in Bin 674 block of Binnan oilfield,horizontal well development techniques were implemented in 2010.In order to improve the development effects of this reservoir,the plane position,vertical position,horizontal length and development methods of the horizontal wells were optimized through the application of numerical simulation according to the distribution rule of residual oil.Meanwhile,geosteering technique while drilling,foam drilling mud technique,open-hole sieve comple-tion with top cementing and auxiliary wellbore lifting technologies have been applied.The successful development of horizontal wells improved significantly the EOR of the block with daily oil production of 18 t per well and provide us a good reference for the development of similar reservoirs.
