Research and application of key technology for staged fracturing by high pressure tie-back sealing equipment

  • 摘要: 水平井分段压裂技术中,回接装置的高压密封性能对现场固完井作业起到极为重要的作用。针对现有回接装置密封组件密封性能差、多次插入回接筒后密封组件损坏严重的情况,开展了高压回接密封技术的研究,通过优化产品结构,研发了高性能的新型密封组件,介绍了该密封组件的结构特点及关键技术。该新型密封组件可灵活与常规回接装置或新型密封回接装置配套使用,既节约了组装时间和成本,又能满足回接作业中抗刮碰性、高密封性的要求,对现场固完井作业具有一定的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: For staged fracturing technology in horizontal wells,the sealing capacity of tie-back equipment is very important to field completion operations.To carry out research of high pressure tie-back sealing technology and optimize product structure due to poor sealing capacity of current sealing assembly in tie-back equipment and serious damage of sealing assembly after multi-times stabbed into polished bore receptacle,the new type sealing assembly with high wear resistance was studied and developed,the structure features and key technology of the sealing assembly were introduced as well.As a new type of sealing assembly that was compatible and flexible by using with conventional or new type of sealing tie-back equipment,it not only saved assembly time and cost,but also met the requests of high wear resistance and high sealing performance and had great application valve for field completion operations.
