Abstract: Oilfield enterpri ses should implement forcefully low cost operation strategy.First,a low cost operation system should be established;second,optimal effect of low cost opera tion should be realized by using advanced technology and sciences;third,whole process control should be carried out through fine management to ensure the ef fective imple-mentation of low cost operation.Cost can be reduced to the lower limit through carrying out the above measures.
