Comparative optimization of reasonable production allocation methods in Fuling shale gas field

  • 摘要: 基于涪陵页岩气田多段压裂水平井的特点,总结了页岩气井合理配产的原则,并针对各项配产原则给出了相应的配产方法,最后对每种方法进行对比和适应性分析,优选出了适应涪陵页岩气田地质特征和工艺特点的合理配产方法。优选结果表明,类比经验配产法、采气指示曲线配产法和不稳定产量分析配产法适用于综合修正配产系数和配产值;临界携液流量和临界携砂气量配产法分别用于确定配产的下限值和上限值。若修正配产值在上下限值范围内,则取修正配产值作为合理配产值;若大于上限值,则取临界携砂气量作为合理配产值;若小于下限值,则取临界携液流量作为合理配产值。

     

    Abstract: Based on the characteristics of multistage fracturing of horizontal wells in Fuling shale gas field, the principles of reasonable production proration of shale gas wells are summarized. Against the principles of allocation, the corresponding proration method is given. Finally, each method and its adaptability are compared and analyzed. Therefore, a reasonable method of distribution and production adapted to the geological and technological characteristics of Fuling shale gas field was optimized. The optimization results show that the simulated empirical production allocation method, the production allocation method of gas production indicator curve and the production allocation method of unstable yield analysis are suitable for comprehensive correction of production allocation coefficient and output value. The critical fluid carrying rate and the critical sand-carrying gas volume distribution method are used to determine the lower limit and the upper limit respectively. If the modified matching output value is within the upper and lower limits, the modified matching output value is taken as the reasonable matching output value. If the value is greater than the upper limit, the critical sand-carrying gas quantity is taken as the reasonable production value. If the value is less than the lower limit, the critical fluid carrying capacity is taken as the reasonable production value.
