注水井压力恢复测试高压释放传送与回收技术

Conveyance and Recovery through High Pressure Release in Build-up Test in Injectors

  • 摘要: 针对传统的注水井压力恢复测试工艺存在的问题,研制开发出一套注水井压力恢复测试高压释放传送与回收技术,该套技术不需要试井车辆,依靠仪器自身结构在注水高压状态下完成压力计的下井传送和回收,提高了生产效率。文中主要介绍了该技术的结构、原理、主要技术参数,现场应用成功率98%。

     

    Abstract: In viewing the problems existed in conventional pres-sure build-up testing technology in water injectors,a con-veyance and recovery technology through high pressure re-lease for pressure build-up test in injectors is developed.It does not need well test vehicles,and the conveyance and recovery of manometer is accomplished under high injection pressure conditions by making use of the structure of the tool itself,thus the production efficiency is increased.This paper introduces the structure,principle and the main technical parameters and the field application effects.
