巨厚煤层钻井液的研制及在伊宁1井的应用

  • 摘要: 针对伊宁1井三开西山窑组和八道湾组碎屑泥岩及炭质泥岩夹多套厚煤层,胶结差、微裂缝发育、性脆易破碎垮塌诸多难题,研制出抗温、强封堵抑制防塌聚磺钻井液体系。现场应用表明,该钻井液体系抗温抑制性强、润滑防塌效果好、性能稳定、高温高压滤失量低,有效控制了碎屑泥岩的吸水膨胀缩径及造浆和煤层及炭质泥岩的垮塌,保证了3 194~4 540 m井段41个共178 m的巨厚煤层和26个炭质泥岩层的顺利钻进。钻进过程中井眼稳定,起下钻顺畅,而且电测一次成功。

     

    Abstract: Elastic mudstone and carbonaceous mudstone Xishanyao formation and Badaowan formation are interbedded with multiple sets of thick coal seam,with poor cementation,developed micro-fractures and easy to be shattered and collapsed characteristics.In order to solve the problems,the polysulfonate drilling fluid system of the temperature resistance,strong sealing inhibition against the collapse has been developed.Field application indicates this drilling fluid system is of strong temperature-to-resistance inhibition,with good effect of lubrication collapse prevention,stable performance,and low filtration capacity under high temperature and high pressure.It can effectively control the detrital mudstone swell reducing and mud making and coal and carbonaceous mudstone collapse,smoothly drilled through the distribution between 3 194~4 540 m178 m thick coal seam and 26 carbonaceous mudstone layer.In the process of drilling,the hole is of stability,running smoothly and without severe drill stuck phenomenon,and the electronic logging is successful for the first time.
