聚驱后地层残留聚合物再利用剂YG340-1的选择应用

Selection and application of YG340-1 residual polymer reuse agent in post-polymerflooding formations

  • 摘要: 根据河南油田聚合物驱后区块的生产特点,对YG340-1残留聚合物再利用剂的悬浮性、与HPAM的絮凝效果、对地层的封堵能力进行了实验研究。用双河油田污水配制的3%YG340-1悬浮液,静置60min悬浮体积保留率在90%以上;与300mg/L的HPAM絮凝120min,絮凝体的平均粒径由20μm增加到500μm以上,测得填砂管的残余阻力系数在22.22~30.25之间,并在双北Ⅱ4、5区块进行了S215、4072、S206三个井组的现场试验,取得了明显的效果。

     

    Abstract: According to the production characteristics of post -polymerflooding reservoirs in Henan oilfield, experimental studies are performed on the suspensibility, flocculability with HAPM and sealing capacity of YG340-1 residual polymer reuse agent. YG340-1 suspending fluid of 3%, compounded with produced water in Shuanghe oilfield, can keep a retention rate of suspended volume over 90% after a holding time of 60 minutes. The average diameterof floc units increases from 20μm to over 500μm after flocculating 120 min with HAPM of 300 mg/L. The measured residual coefficient of resistance of sand packed pipe ranges between 22. 22 and 30. 25. Field experiments are carried out in S215, 4072 and S206 well groups in Ⅱ4 and 5 blocks, northern part of Shuanghe oilfield, and the experiments results are good.
