低气液比泡沫驱的室内物理模拟研究

  • 摘要: 考虑常规泡沫驱注入气体的费用比较高,制备了由双子型表面活性剂9BS-5-0、甜菜碱及NaOH组成低气液比泡沫驱油体系。通过实验测定阻力因子、阻力系数评价了泡沫封堵能力,泡沫所产生的阻力系数与质量分数为0.15%的聚丙烯酰胺相当。评价了不同气液比(0.05∶1~2∶1)时低气液比泡沫驱的效果,在表面活性剂中混入少量气体后,采收率增值明显优于单纯的表面活性剂体系。当气液比为0.15~0.20时,每元驱油体系增油效果最好;气液比为0.2时,评价了低气液比泡沫体系不同用量时的驱油效果,随驱油体系用量的增加,每元驱油剂增油量是降低的,但采收率增值和综合指标是增大的。

     

    Abstract: Considering the high cost of gas injection in conventional foam flooding,low gas liquid ratio foam oil flooding system composed with gemini surfactors 9BS-5-0,bataine and NaOH.Lab experiment measure the resistance factor,resistance coefficient to evaluate foam plugging ability.The resistance coefficient produced by foam is equal to the polyacrylamide with 0.15% mass faction.Effect evaluation of Low gas liquid ratio foam flooding under different gas liquid ration(0.05∶1~2∶1) indicate that recovery efficient increase is obviously better than pure surfactant system when mixed a few gas in the surfactant.When gas liquid ratio is 0.15~0.20,oil flooding system oil increase effect per unit is the best,when gas liquid ratio is 0.20,it shows: with the oil flooding system amount increasing,oil flooding agent per unit oil increment decrease,but recovery efficiency added value and comprehensive index increase.
