克拉玛依油田六中区氮气泡沫驱室内配方研究

Laboratory formula research of nitrogen foam flooding in Liuzhong area of Karamay oilfield

  • 摘要: 克拉玛依油田六中区属于砾岩普通稠油油藏,该区东部原始地层原油粘度80mPa·s,且有自东向西原油粘度逐渐升高、水驱采收率变差趋势。针对六中区流体性质开展了泡沫驱配方体系研究,该配方具有起泡能力强,半衰期长、泡沫粘度高和稳定性好等特点,通过室内一维物理模拟实验评价,注入量达到0.6VP,采收率提高可达40%以上。

     

    Abstract: Liuzhong area of Karamay oilfield belongs to a conglomerate common heavy oil reservoir. The viscosity of initial formation in the east is 80 mPa·s and has the tendency of gradually increased viscosity and of poor waterflood recovery from east to west. Aiming at the fluid properties of the area, the laboratory formula research of foam flooding has been carried out and the formula has the characteristics of strong foamability, long half-time period, high foam viscosity and good stability. One-dimensional physical simulation experiment results show the injection volume is high up to 0.6 VP and the recovery can be enhanced by 40%.
