Abstract: This paper briefs the necessity to develop e -com-merce in petrochemical industry;analyzes the status of e-commerce in petrochemical industry based on large amount of data;and presents a development mode with establishment of a petrochemical e-commerce platform as its core,strategies and safe measures.It is proposed that application of petrochemical e -commerce should be ex-panded to fields such as petrochemical project bidding, technology introduction and joint development.
