大庆黑帝庙原油化学降凝降粘实验研究

An Experimental Study on Chemical Viscosity Breaking and Freeze-point Depressing of Heidimiao Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 根据龙虎泡油田黑帝庙原油的油品性质及其分析结果,进行了室内化学降粘措施研究,筛选出质量比1.0%、烯/酐比为6、浓度为1.0%的HDM原油流动性改进剂。室内实验研究结果表明:采用HDM剂,黑帝庙原油纯降凝度为12℃,葡萄花+萨尔图原油纯降凝度为10℃,黑帝庙+葡萄花+萨尔图原油纯降凝度10℃;黑帝庙原油降粘率为52.00%~64.98%,葡萄花+萨尔图原油降粘率为45.34%~52.49%,黑帝庙+葡萄花+萨尔图原油降粘率为46.84%~53.73%。所合成的HDM原油流动性改进剂对大庆龙虎泡油田黑帝庙油层原油具有很好的降凝、降粘效果,并且合成原料来源丰富,合成条件容易掌握,利于产品的商业推广、使用。

     

    Abstract: Based on the properties of Heidimiao crude oil in Longhupao oilfield, a laboratory study is carried out on chemical viscosity breaking measures and the HDM crude oil fluidity improver is selected. Laboratory experimental study with the HDM agent shows that the pure degree of freeze - point depression of the Heidimiao crude oil is 12 ℃, while both the mixed Putaohua - Sartu crude oil and the mixed Heidimiao - Putaohua - Sartu crude oil are 10℃ and that the ranges of viscosity breaking of the Heidimiao crude oil, the mixed Putaohua - Sartu crude oil and the mixed Heidimiao - Putaohua - Sartu crude oil are 52. 00% - 64. 98%, 45. 34% - 52. 49% and 46. 84% - 53. 73% respectively.
