Application of φ101. 6mm casing running technology in φ139. 7mm casing in Zhongyuan oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对一批套管严重损坏的老井、躺井,用常规修井磨铣、整形等修复工艺修复后使用周期短这一情况,中原油田结合油田的注采井网状况,对这些井进行全井下Φ101.6mm套管、固井、射孔等工艺,恢复油水井生产,完善注采井网,实现增产稳产。该技术在全油田近100口井成功应用,并取得了较好的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: When the seriously damaged casings in old wells and shut - in wells in Zhongyuan oilfield were repaired by u-sing the conventional workover techniques, such as milling and shaping, the utilization periods of the repaired casings were short. In order to solve this problem, 101. 6mm casings were successfully set in the old casings and were cemented and perforated. These old wells and shut - in wells were brought on production again. The flood patterns were successfully improved and production addition and stabilization were realized.
