Abstract: Post evaluation of investment projects is an important measure to enhance the whole process management of construction projects. It can improve investment management levels and maximize investment benefits. In viewing of the characteristics of petroleum enterprises, the principles and procedures of post evaluation of investment projects are established and the specific .methods to carry out post evaluation are also presented in this paper.
