三元复合驱采出污水油水分离影响因素分析

Analysis of oil-water separation characteristics of ASP flooding water

  • 摘要: 三元复合驱采出污水中含有聚合物、表面活性剂和碱等驱油剂组分,使得水质变得极为复杂,油水稳定性明显增加,处理难度加大。探讨了聚合物、表面活性剂、碱等驱油剂组分对采出污水油水稳定性的影响,对驱油剂组分增强采出污水稳定性的作用机理进行了分析。结果表明:聚合物浓度增加,使得油珠Zeta电负性增加,采出污水黏度增加,油水分离的速度变缓,沉降时间增加;表面活性剂在低浓度时能降低表面张力,其与聚合物的协同作用能大幅度提高污水含油量;碱与原油中的石油酸反应能生成表面活性物质,使得油水界面张力降低,污水稳定性增加,污水中含油量增加。

     

    Abstract: ASP flooding water contain a large number of agent such as polymers 、 surfactants and alkaline which will make water quality extremely complex and increase oil-water stability significantly,these all make treatment more difficult. The influences of polymers,surfactants and alkaline on oilwater separation have been analyzed.Results indicate that with the increase of polymer concentration,Zeta oil droplets electro negativity increases,the viscosity of water increase which slows oil-water separation and increases settlement time ; the synergy between surfactants and polymers can enhance oil content greatly,and the synergy between surfactants and alkaline can reduce oil-water interfacial tension greatly ; surfactants from reaction between alkali and acid in crude oil can increase oil content in water.
