新型钻井液流型调节剂的研制与应用

  • 摘要: 针对大位移井水基钻井液体系井眼不稳定、井眼净化不良等问题,研制出一种新型的钻井液流型调节剂M317。通过室内性能评价表明:该流型调节剂加量为1.5%时,对渤海钻屑滚动回收率为58.7%,高温高压防膨率为88.5%。般含一定时,随 M317加量增加,钻井液动切力和静切力增加,而表现粘度、API失水基本不变;般含在3.0%~4.5%,M317加量控制在1.5%~0.5%时,钻井液表观粘度、动切力和静切力均能很好满足大位移井钻井技术要求。M317单剂及钻井液体系EC50值均大于30000mg/L,无污染,满足环保要求。该处理剂已在渤海QHD32-6、JZ-9-3等油田现场应用成功。

     

    Abstract: M317, a new drilling fluid flow pattern regulator, is developed to solve problems occurred when drilling extend- ed reach wells with water base drilling fluid .such as unsta- ble borehole and poor borehole cleaning. Laboratory performance evaluation shows that its additive level is 1.5%, rolling recovery of Bohai all cuttings 58.7%, and antiswelling rate under high temperature and high pressure 88.5%. When the content of bentonite is given, as the additive level of M317 goes up, dynamic shear and static shear of drilling fluid increase, while apparent viscosity and API water loss almost keep unchanged. When the content of bentonite is at 3.0%-4.5% and the additive level of M317 is within 1.5%~0.5%, the apparent viscosity, dynamic shear and static shear can perfectly meet the technological requirements of extended reach well drilling. The EC50 values of M317 itself and drilling fluid system are over 30000mg/L it is environment-friendly and has been successfully applied in QHD32-6 and JZ-9-3 oilfields in Bohai.
