南海东部油田ICD控水技术应用效果评价方法对比与研究

Evaluation method comparison and study of application effect of ICD technique in eastern oilfield in south China sea

  • 摘要: ICD稳油控水措施被广泛用于南海东部油田,但应用效果的评价难度大,无统一的评价标准和方法。分析动态对比法、数值模拟法、动态监测法和二次完井法四种评价ICD效果的常规方法,认为这四种方法局限性明显。针对此情况,在ICD工作机理的基础上,结合南海东部油田实际情况,提出了通过提液后相对采液指数(产液量差值与生产压差差值之比)变化来评价ICD效果的新方法,避免了常规方法的局限性。利用该方法对南海东部ICD井进行了效果评价,结果表明,新方法计算判断结果与实际生产情况符合,具有较高的准确性和实用性。

     

    Abstract: As a measure of water control, ICD(Inflow Control Device) technique is widely applied in the the eastern oilfield in north China sea, while it is very difficult to evaluate the application effect of ICD, and there is no unified evaluation criteria and methods. By comparing and analyzing four conventional methods of evaluating ICD effect, i. e. dynamic contrast method, numerical simulation method, dynamic monitoring method and secondary completion method, the limitations of these four methods are obvious. On the basis of the mechanism of ICD and the actual situation of the eastern oilfield in north China sea, a new method of evaluating the application effect of ICD is proposed. This new method evaluates the application effect of ICD by comparing relative fluid extraction index. It is proved that this method is accurate and practical by the actual cases.
