西峰油田长8油区注水压力高的原因及对策

The reason and counter-measures of high injection pressure of Chang-8 oil block in Xifeng oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对西峰油田长8油区注水压力上升快这一实际情况,从储层特征、注水伤害机理室内试验和现场挤注解堵剂效果分析三方面研究了注水压力高的原因。研制出了pH值为7~8,具有防垢、稳定地层粘土及清垢的FH-01解堵剂,全区实验22口水井,注水压力平均下降0.8MPa,解堵效果明显。

     

    Abstract: In view of the quick variance of high injection pressure of Chang- 8 oil block in Xifeng oilfield, the reasons of which has been analyzed from the following three aspects: reservoir feature, laboratory testing on injection damage mechanism and the effectiveness of water block remover in the oilfield, thus a kind of FH-01 water block remover has been worked out, of which the pH value is 7 - 8 and it has the characteristics of scaling control, stabilizing formation clay and scale cleanout. With the water block remover in the block where there are 22 water wells under experiment, the results indicate that the broken down effectiveness is obvious, and the average decreased injection pressure is 0. 8 MPa.
