ANSYS-based finite element analysis method of longitudinal vibration of drilling string and its application

  • 摘要: 根据动力学理论建立钻柱动力学振动方程。把钻柱看作一个弹性直杆,建立几何模型;通过ANSYS软件分析,得出钻柱纵向振动的特性以及减振器的安放位置对钻柱纵向振动的影响。结果表明,减振器安装适当的位置,可以减少钻柱的纵向振动,从而减少和防止钻柱发生断、刺事故。

     

    Abstract: Dynamic vibration equation of drilling string is established based on the theory of dynamics. Assuming that drilling string is an elastic straight pole, a geometric model is built. ANSYS software is used to analyze the characteristics of longitudinal vibration of drilling string and the influences of the position of vibration absorber placement on the longitudinal vibration of drilling string. The results show that properly positioning vibration absorber can alle-viate the longitudinal vibration of drilling string, thereby reduce or prevent drilling string breaking or splitting accidents.
