Research and application of integral fracturing technology in Su 301 block of Hailar oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对海拉尔油田苏301区块低渗透储层的特点,开展了大井距、小排距的矩形井网整体压裂注水开发现场试验,通过人工裂缝与井网的匹配,导流能力与地层渗透率的匹配,裂缝剖面与储层厚度的匹配,压裂液与储层物性的匹配,实现了区块的整体有效动用。现场施工39口井98层,施工成功率达到98.8%,压后平均单井日产油2.6t,采油强度0.41t/(d·m),水井平均单井日注水15m3,达到了产能设计要求。

     

    Abstract: Aim at the low permeability reservoir characteristics of the Su 301 block in Hailar oilfield, a large well spacing and small row spacing rectangle well pattern integral fracturing water flooding field test is launched, through the artificial fractures and pattern matching, conductivity and permeability matching, profiles and reservoir thickness matching, fracturing fluid and reservoir properties matching, the overall effective use of block is realized. It is applied in 39 wells 98 formations, construction success rate reached 98.8% after pressure average single well oil production is 2.6 t, production strength is 0.41 t/d ·m, average single well water injection is 15 m3, which achieved production design requirements.
