国外解决就业问题的做法及对我们的启示

The Way of Solving Employment Problems in Foreign Countries and the Insporation to Us

摘要: 从宏观上介绍了外国尤其是发达国家对就业问题的管理、指导、服务和他们解决就业问题的方向、途径、重点。结合我国就业现状，提出了解决我国就业问题的几点思路。

Abstract: This paper introduces macroscopically the management, guidance and services of employment in foreign, especially developed countries and the direction,way and focal points to solve employment problems.Several thoughts on how to solve these problems are proposed based on ahalysis of the employment reality in China.
