高凝稠油降凝(粘)驱油技术研究应用

Technical research and application of oil displacement technology of high pourpoint heavy oil depression

  • 摘要: 井楼油田三区H3IV53层原油凝固点48~56℃,含蜡量26%~38%,地下原油粘度901~1052mPa·s,属高凝稠油油藏,采用蒸汽吞吐开采无法正常生产。针对这一开发技术难题,通过室内实验评价研制了高凝稠油驱油剂,在现场4口井应用取得成功,生产周期延长,周期产油量大幅度提高,实现了高凝稠油开采的技术突破。建议应用该技术动用井楼油田30×104t高凝稠油储量。

     

    Abstract: The pourpoint of IV53 formation of three - zone in Jinglou Oilfield is 48-56℃, which belongs to high pourpoint heavy oil reservoir. In view of the problem that the steam stimulation can not be applied in the process of normal development, displacement agent of high pourpoint heavy oil is developed through laboratory experiment After successful application of four wells in the working site, the production cycle has been prolonged, and the periodical crude production rate has been increases considerably, which is a technological breakthrough in high pour- point heavy oil production. It is suggested that the technique should be applied toward high pourpoint reservoir in Jinglou oilfield.
