Research and application of cementing technologies in low pressure and low permeability reservoirs in Daniudi gas field

  • 摘要: 大牛地气田具有低压、低渗、个别井段易漏和固井后易气窜的明显特点。在2004年以前固井质量问题尤为突出。通过分析研究,发现水泥浆体系性能差和工艺技术的欠缺影响固井质量。因此,通过水泥浆体系室内试验与评价,优选出适合本工区的水泥浆体系。同时采用防气窜平衡固井工艺技术,综合评价水泥浆和工艺技术的防气窜性能。固井质量取得了比较理想的效果。

     

    Abstract: Daniudi gas field is characterized by low pressure, low permeability, being prone to leakage in some well intervals and being prone to gas channeling after cementing. The problem of cementing quality was especially serious before 2004. Thorough analysis and study show that the poor performance of cement slurry system and lack of advanced technologies have influenced cementing quality. Cement slurry systems that are suitable for use in the study area are optimized through laboratory experiment and appraisal of cement slurry systems. Meanwhile, balanced cementing technologies that can prevent gas channeling are used. Gas channeling prevention performances of cement slurry and technologies are comprehensively evaluated. The quality of cementing is effectively improved.
