Abstract: According to material and technical conditions to carry out intensive farming, this paper presents the thoughts and method in system shift: 1.make economic benefits the centre, intensive farming the target, 2.cnhance the investment in scientific and technology,improve and complete the scientific and technological managcment system, strengthen the application of scientific research results, 3. improve management continuously, 4. greatly improve the worker's quality, 5.establish a new management system of intensive economic increment in oilfield.
