双河油田高温聚合物驱地面工程工艺设计

Surface Engineering Technology Design of High Temperature Polymerflooding in Shuanghe Oilfield

  • 摘要: 河南油田从1992年开始在汉河油田进行聚合物驱油试验,至今已进行一定规模推广应用,并产生了显著的经济效益。主要介绍了汉河油田Ⅱ4-5层高温聚合物驱油的地面工程设计及工艺配套技术,该工程工艺流程为聚合物母液集中配制,再由管线输送到各注聚站注入。整个系统采用机电一体化自动控制技术,可有效控制聚合物母液配制浓度,保证母液熟化时间,监测并控制系统各部分运行状态。整个工程具有设备国产化率高、撬装化配置合理、节约投资的特点。

     

    Abstract: Polymerflooding Pilot began in 1992 in Shuanghe oilfield and polymerflooding has been put into use on some scale by now with notable economic benefits achieved. This paper mainly introduces the surface engineering technology design of high temperature polymerflooding in layer Ⅱ 4- 5 in Shuanghe oilfield.The technological process is that the mother polymer liquor is mixed centrally and then is transported to each polymer injection station through pipes. Electromechanical autocontrol technique is applied in the whole system. The concentration of the mother polymer liquor can be effectively controlled, enough maturation time for the mother liquor is ensured and the operating conditions of each part of the system can be monitored and controlled.
