Implementation of IRP/DSM Power Systems Engineering in Refineries

  • 摘要: 目前,电力系统在不断扩大,电力系统建设所需的大量投资以及高额的电费支出给企业带来了沉重的经济负担。IRP/DSM把节电规划与电资源开发综合起来全面考虑,通过合理利用各种能源和资源,减少电量消耗,从而减少电力建设投资和电费支出。推广先进可行的节能技术,应用节能型产品,是企业降低电力需求、减少电费开支行之有效的方法。炼化企业可借鉴的方法是:推广使用节能灯、变频器;采用新型、节能型高效机泵和压缩机;充分利用余热发电;提高电网功率因数。

     

    Abstract: The power IRP/DSM integrates power -saving planning with exploitation of power resources, and lowers construction investment of power systems and charges for electricity through reasonablely using power resources and reducing power consumption. Oil refining and chemical engineering enterprises could use the follows for reference: deploying energy-saving lamps and frequency converters, applying new energy - saving highly-efficient pumps and air compressors, generating power with residual heat, raising the power factors of electric networks.
