  • 摘要: 酸滤失是制约酸蚀缝长延伸的重要因素之一,滤失控制是深穿透酸压工艺成功与否的关键所在。概述了酸滤失的特征及其控制技术的发展过程,着重介绍了90年代末引进国内投入现场应用的变粘酸技术。国内外实践表明变粘酸比目前普遍使用的胶凝酸体系液体效率更高,增产效果更理想,该技术的引进和国产化必将促进国内油气田深穿透酸压工艺技术水平跃上一个新台阶。

     

    Abstract: Acid filtration is one of the major factors that restrict the growth of acid etched fractures and filtration control is the key to deep penetrating acid fracturing technology. This paper summarizes the characteristics of acid filtration and the development history of acid filtration control technologies, with focus on the variable- viscosity acid technology that was introduced and put into field application at the end of 1990s. Practices both at home and abroad show that compared with the widely used gelling acid fluid system at present, the effectiveness of variable - viscosity acid is higher and the effect of stimulation is better. The introduction and advancement of this technology will surely accelerate the development of domestic deep penetrating acid fracturing technology.
