Research and application of low temperature dehydration technology of produced fluids from heavy oil reservoirs in Henan oilfield

  • 摘要: 河南油田稠油开发产出液处理过程中,由于稠油粘度大、胶质含量高等特点,脱水难度大。提高脱水温度等方法,可以满足破乳脱水的要求,但不仅造成了大量的热能损失,同时给系统带来巨大的运行负荷,影响系统安全运行。新型低温破乳剂的研制应用,降低了原油脱水温度,提高了脱水效率,既有明显的节能效果,又提高了系统稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Dehydration of produced fluid from the heavy oil reservoirs in Henan oilfield is difficult, due to large viscosity and high colloid content of the heavy oil. Although increasing dehydration temperature can meet the requirements of demulsification and dehydration, it not only causes loss of large amount of thermal energy, but also imposes heavy operation load to the system, which influences the operation safety of the system. A new low temperature demulsifier is developed and applied. It can lower dehydration temperature of crude oil, increase dehydration efficiency, save large amount of energy, and improve the system stability.
