石蜡白土精制装置技术改造

Technological Transformation of Paraffin Wax Clay Refining Unit

摘要: 河南油田炼油厂针对石蜡白土精制装置存在的处理量小、自动化程度低、装置能耗过高等问题，采取了一系列扩大能力。降低能耗、更换设备、引进先进技术、提高自动化程度等改造措施，如交换反应器、滤液罐并扩大其容积；采用了国内先进的电子计量器控制加白土技术、高效的机械抽真空泵等技术。装置经改造后取得了明显的经济效益：加工能力从1．5×104t／a，提高到3．13×104t／a，提高了装置的自动化程度；提高了产品质量和收率；降低了能耗和白土的消耗量；达到了设计的目的。文中主要介绍河南油田炼油厂石蜡白土精制装置的技术改造特点及电子计量器的应用；对装置改造前后的能耗、效益进行了计算、对比；对装置改造后的实施情况及效果进行了技术分析。

Abstract: This paper introduces the characteristics of the technological transformation of the paraffin wax clay refining unit in Henan oilfield refinery and the application of electronic measuring instruments. After technological transformation, the automaticity was raised, the processing capacity was more than two times that before transformation,the quality of products was improved and the cost was lowered.
