定向随钻扩眼技术在塔河油田侧钻水平井中的应用

Application of the directional reaming while drilling technology in horizontal wells of Tahe oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对塔河油田井身结构侧钻开孔尺寸受限、固井环空间隙小、地层压力系统复杂等难点,决定采用斜向器开窗侧钻定向随钻扩眼技术,与膨胀管和小井眼水平井钻井技术相配套结合,同时验证定向随钻扩眼技术在塔河油田深井应用的可行性。定向随钻扩眼技术可在套管尺寸不变的情况下,增加套管环空间隙,扩大井眼尺寸,提高固井质量,给后续的完井和采油作业提供有利条件。

     

    Abstract: In view of the characteristics of Tahe oilfield,such as limited sidetrack drilling hole size of well bore structure,small cementing annulus clearance,and complex formation pressure system,oblique editor window sidetrack directional drilling and reaming technology has been adopted.Combined with the expansion pipe and slim-hole horizontal well drilling technology,the application feasibility of the directional reaming while drilling technology in deep wells of Tahe oilfield has been verified.Under the condition of invariable size of casing size,the increased casing annulus clearance,enlarged the hole size and improved the well cementation quality provide favorable conditions for subsequent completion and production operations.
