Measures to lower consumption of catalytic agents in catalytic cracking

  • 摘要: 大庆石化分公司炼油厂的重油催化裂化装置2000年改造后,因为再生器形式的改变和操作参数不合理等原因,催化剂耗量较大分析认为是主风机系统的设备存在问题和操作参数不合理,造成再生压力较低。通过更换主风机设备和调整操作参数,提高了再生压力,使催化剂的耗损从1.2kg/t降低到0.7~0.8kg/t,降低了操作费用和能耗,提高了经济效益。

     

    Abstract: After the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit in Refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Company was reconstructed in 2000, consumption of catalytic agents became larger due to the formal change of regenerator and irrational operation parameters. Analysis shows that this problem is caused by low regeneration pressure, resulted from equipment defects of the main air blower system and the irrational operation parameters. The regeneration pressure is increased by replacing the main air blower and adjusting operation parameters. The consumption of catalytic a-gents lower from 1. 2 kg/t to 0. 7-0. 8 kg/t, the operation cost and energy consumption are lowered, and the e-conomic benefits are improved.
