  • 摘要: 大斜度井、水平井机采方式选择首先要考虑的问题是井下举升泵能否通过造斜段。大斜度井可供选择的下泵位置有在垂直段安装,在造斜段安装、在稳斜段安装、在分支鼠洞井眼安装。给出了大斜度井、水平井举升泵通过性评判准则及计算方法,以电动潜油离心泵为例进行了不同狗腿度下通过性的计算。现场实践表明,该计算方法是可行的。

     

    Abstract: The key issue that need consideration when selecting artificial lift mode is whether downhole lift pump can pass through deflecting interval in highly deviated wells or horizontal wells. Well intervals where lift pumps can be located in highly deviated wells include vertical interval, deflecting interval, angle maintaining interval and branch rat hole. This paper introduces the e-valuation criteria and calculation methods of passing a-bility of lift pump in highly deviated wells and horizontal wells. Taking electric immersible centrifugal pump as an example, passing capacity at different dog leg degree are calculated. Field application show that this method is feasible.
