Abstract: In order to reveal the provenance status of Dong second sub-member of Shadongnan structural belt in Bohai sea,as well as the distribution pattern of sedimentary system characteristics,through research analysis of clastic rock components,heavy mineral assemblage,sandstone percentage distribution and typical seismic progradation structure characteristics,the comprehensive research of provenance status of Dong second sub-member has been carried out.The results show that the region is mainly affected by northwestern Sha Leitian bump source.On the basis of this analysis,the synthetic fault terrace slope break belt has the key control effect on sand body distribution and the sand bodies are mainly distributed in F1 breaking down plate.
