Development and Application of High Pressure Partial Combination-valve-type Hydraulic Unit of Reciprocating Water Injection Pump

  • 摘要: 针对目前普遍使用的往复式柱塞泵存在的泵头易裂,更换凡尔困难等问题,提出了分体组合阀式柱塞泵的设计思路,把原三腔联体的整体泵头改为三腔独立的组合式泵头,即每个柱塞配用一个单独的系头体,阀为组合阔,进排液阀片装在一个阀体上,主要承受冲击载荷的是阀体而不是泵头体。该种结构具有泵头更换安装方便,使用寿命长的特点。

     

    Abstract: Hydraulic unit of reciprocating pump in widespread application at present cracks easily and replacement of valves is difficult. To solve these problems, a partial combination - valve - type reciprocating pump is designed.The original integral hydraulic unit with three cavities integrated together is replaced by a combination hydraulic unit with three autonomous cavities. This kind of design has the advantages of easy hydraulic unit replacment and installation and long working life.
