抽油机能耗分析及节能措施优化方法研究——以大庆油田采油三厂为例

Energy consumption analysis of the pumped well and optimal methods of power saver

  • 摘要: 采用能耗节点分析方法,通过系统分析机采井各环节能量传递过程中的耗能状况,找出能耗分布规律,确定抽油机井节能重点方向和所采取的节能技术措施。开展了地面设备组合优化研究,以能耗最小、投入成本最低为目标,建立抽油机井节能多目标组合优化数学模型;同时,依据大庆油田第三采油厂节能管理实施规范和标准,制定抽油系统经济运行措施的实施方案。通过实施节能优化、调整生产参数运行管理,高能耗、低系统效率井见到了良好节能效果。

     

    Abstract: By adopting the analytical method of nodes energy consumption, the energy consumption status in different process of energy transmission and its distribution regularity have been systematically analyzed,and the key direction and energy saving measures of pumped wells have also been determined. Therefore,the research of optimal combination of ground equipments have been carried out and the mathematical model of multi - objective,with minimum energy consumption and minimum cost has been established.Meanwhile, in accordance with the management implementation specifications and standards of energy consumption in the third oil production plant of Daqing oilfield,an economically effective plan has been optimized out,which proved to achieve good effect in application.
